By accessing or using 5G Election Guru ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform.

5G Election Guru is an enterprise election management platform that provides:

• Election monitoring and management tools
• Polling unit and voter management
• Real-time result tracking and reporting
• Agent deployment and monitoring
• Analytics and data visualization

3. User Accounts

3.1 Registration

To access the Platform, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to update it as necessary.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3.3 Account Types

• Super Admin: Full platform management and administration
• Client Admin: Election administration for specific organizations
• Agent: Field data collection and monitoring
• Observer: Limited access for monitoring purposes

4. User Responsibilities

As a user of the Platform, you agree to:

• Use the Platform in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
• Maintain the accuracy of all data entered into the Platform
• Protect the integrity and confidentiality of election data
• Report any security vulnerabilities or issues promptly
• Not interfere with or disrupt the Platform's operation
• Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts

5. Data Ownership and Privacy

5.1 Your Data

You retain ownership of all data you input into the Platform. We do not claim ownership of your data.

5.2 Data Processing

We process your data to provide the Platform's services. Our data processing practices are detailed in our Privacy Policy.

5.3 Data Security

We implement security measures to protect your data, including encryption, access controls, and regular security audits.

6. Intellectual Property

The Platform, including its software, design, and content, is the intellectual property of KowaGuru Technology Limited. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Platform for your authorized purposes.

7. Fees and Subscriptions

7.1 Pricing

Certain features of the Platform may require payment of fees. All fees are stated in your subscription agreement.

7.2 Payment Terms

Payments are due according to the terms specified in your subscription agreement. Late payments may result in suspension of access.

7.3 Refunds

Refunds are subject to our refund policy as stated in your subscription agreement.

8. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Platform for:

• Any illegal or fraudulent purpose
• Unauthorized access to other systems or data
• Transmitting malicious code or viruses
• Harassing, threatening, or harming others
• Interfering with the Platform's operation

9. Service Levels and Support

9.1 Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% availability of the Platform. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance.

9.2 Support

We provide technical support during business hours. Priority support is available for enterprise subscribers.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with notice as specified in your subscription agreement. Upon termination, you will no longer have access to the Platform, and we will delete your data in accordance with our data retention policy.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Platform is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Nigeria. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Lagos, Nigeria.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes and require your consent where required by law.
